Hello! My name is Elizabeth Zamora Peralta and well let me tell you about my experience in the English summer course... 
Doing an English summer course can be one of the best or the worse experience in your summer. For me it was one of the best. First of all i remembered I didn’t want to take this but when i went to school i realized that there were tons of people doing the same. The first day i didn’t know no one.. but then we present each other so we start being friends, the first friend I made was Pamela, then Brandon and then Ivanna. I was so happy about that because i never expecte to make friends on the first day, I mean not really friends I thought they were going to be just my classmates.

I was so nervous about the course because i was thinking about the teacher, i was worried of having an strict teacher as one as I had on another subject. When i first met Mr. Alfredo he seemed really nice so I wasn’t worried, my thoughts were “ he’s a nice teacher, I just calm down”. At this point at the end of the course I have to say that I admire Mr. Alfredo for all the patience he had with all of us, he never said “NO”, he always explained everything twice or for three or four times if it was necessary. When someone didn’t know the answer he ALWAYS helped us, he supported all of us, he was with us on every step we took and he teachs us the best as he could. I have to say that i owe all my accomplishments to Mr. Alfredo who I have to thank for all his patience, great attitude, and happiness through all the course.

If you’re doubting on taking or not an English course, I strongly recommend you to do it, give it a go and try your best. At first you would say “ how can you say this”, well I have to admit that is one of the best decisions i’ve made. I know you’re thinking on going to NY, Disney, London, or another place, maybe you’re thinking on relaxed vacations, but talking about relaxing i can say that making a summer course can be the way for relaxing. You spent hours on the same room with people, now I call them friends, but honestly let me tell you that its a good experience, you have to do it at least once, not just because im talking about an English course but because at certain point of your career you’ll have to do all english leveles and maybe a summer course at any other subject. I have to thank all of my class friends for making me trust on them, for loosing the fear of talking in English in front of too many people, for giving me confidence and support as well as i did with them. The best thing on this course was when we made teams, or group exercises, it helped me a lot not just because of the language but because day by day i knew each one more and more. I think this course wouldn’t be the same if it wasn’t because of my friends and of course the teacher Mr Alfredo who I have to thank for all the results I got. Now i lost the fear of talking in front of an audience, i speak more fluently and i learned lots of things that i guess if it weren’t for him i wouldn’t be now the person who I am.

Finally you should start thinking on making one, if you need it don’t doubt on making one, i’m sure you’ll make tons of friends as well as you’ll have more experience at the language. I guess it will be one of the best experiences in your summer and maybe in your live, because doing a summer course for the first time is a new experience and all first experiences in the most of cases are the best. At the first it will be a bit difficult but at the end you’ll realized that your problems became results. Thanks everyone who take out the best of me, sincerely I have to admit that at first I was disagree with the decision i’ve made about making a summer course, because all my friends were having a good time while I was studying an English course, but now at the end of it I realized that i’ve made a good decision and something i’m happy with. I will give you 5 reasons why you should study an English course, i’m not trying to convince you, this is up to you: You will have more opportunities in life. Traveling will be more fun, you won’t be worried about anything. You’ll have a great time on the course with your friends as well as with the teacher. English is a language you must know, not because everyone know it but because nowadays you need it. You’ll be able to communicate with people from other countries, everyone speaks English.
